Hey everyone,

I'm in the process of purchasing my first home. In an attempt to make this new home truly my own, I'm interested in replacing the carriages lights bracketing the garage with (preferably) replica marker lights. Does anyone have experience with wiring something like this up, or where I might be able to find good replica lights?

Much obliged, and I hope you have a good night.

Look on eBay for markers that someone has already converted to electricity. You'll probably want to replace any wiring and maybe lamp bases if the integrity of the wires is questionable. You'll also want to attach them so that they are not easily removed.

Place real markers outdoors and expect them to disappear within a few nights.

all you would really need is some casting sand, a lense, and a light. Lets say you want a red light, get a red lense about the right size, grab a bulb that will work with the lense, and then just cast a lamp, if you cant cast, there are plenty of things that could be turned into lamps (just might not look 100 percent if you know what I mean).
