I have zero knowledge of diesel horns, but this one strikes me as kind of unusual. It's on a WM RS3. Can a horn expert here ID the horn based on what you hear in this vid?

Sounds like a fouled-up Leslie S3.

The 199 carried a sickly Leslie S-5T, (dome-back power chambers) during those years.

Thanks guys. Here's a pic of #199 from around the same time as that vid above. It shows the horn a bit better.
