Good luck with the grease gun. No modern day company makes them anymore and anybody that has one guards them like gold. Your best bet might be to borrow one to use as a pattern so a machine shop can make one for you.

Contact Bernie Watts of Backshop Enterprises. I recall him offering manual Alemite grease guns. I'm not sure if he still does.

FWIW, the manual grease gun/pump is a relatively simple machine. It can be easily replicated even with modest machining abilities. If you were to go this route, I'd highly suggest a removable handle extension. This will allow you to access the crankpins even with them rotated in a position that provides limited access. The added length can then be put back on when there is clearance to provide better mechanical advantage.
