I have for sale a large lot of parts for the 1,000 hp. Alco 539 powered locomotive. Parts include new pistons, piston ring sets, main and rod bearings, injector tips, 6 very good used cylinder heads with rocker boxes, "Bushi" turbo core, new style water pump, used injectors and injection pumps. Many electrical cabinet components, new main generator and traction motor carbon brushes, auxiliary generator carbon brushes, new wicks for the traction motor support bearings, 4 very good used sets of traction motor support bearings. New coupling parts for between the air compressor and the main generator. Fandrive gearbox with fan. There are many other parts, new and used. This is a very good lot of parts to keep a 1,000 hp. powered Alco S2, S4 or RS1 running. These parts are for sale as an entire lot, serious inquires only. Most parts are located in Kokomo, Indiana, but some are currently in Delaware. Other items for sale, but not included in the lot; Very good 3CD air compressor, used 6 1/2 X 12 used journal brass, new journal pads and seals for the rear of the journal box.
