A bit of deductive reasoning could help you figure that's probably a typo that should read "ok if wood is not great".

A handcar just came up for sale on the NARCOA site with in the last 24 hours. Also has a photo of it.

Obviously it is a typo, but even with your "correction" whole sentences would be a big help.

I meant to say, that if a hand car was available and the wooden parts were in poor condition, that would be ok, we have skilled carpenters that can replace/replicate/rebuild.
