WANTED: Anyone out there have drawings or photos of the small wooden turntables used many years ago to rotate handcars and track motorcars to put them into their section houses? Most consisted of a couple of wooden rails, perhaps topped with strap steel, held together with steel rods. Rotation was accomplished by inserting a pin into a fulcrum and balancing the rig while turning. I need the info to construct a replica of one of these things. |
