Assistance is needed to load, tie-down and arrange for movement of several pieces of historic railroad equipment. We have three historic rail cars near Lee Hall, VA., one locomotive in Western KY., and several other pieces that need to be relocated in the vary near future, several months. Our NRHS chapter is a new group, therefore, we have a very limited expense account. Donations of funds or services to this project can be used as tax exemptions. Could you provide a bit more information about what equipment that you will be moving? (i.e. what railroad(s) owned it, numbers, etc.) This would be very useful in better understand what type of moving equipment would be necessary. Many thanks, Tom Cornillie |
