Due to the realization no one in our group ha any interest in saving these cars we are offering them to a group or person with the ability to preserve them with the care they deserve.
The coach is Nickel Plate # 54. Wood body with steel underframe and orginal trucks. This car is free to a good home.
The Caboose is a Wood C & O car. We are open to any resonable or unreasonable offer.
We have a crane onsite to aid in loading.

Jack, someone seems to have changed the page you have been linking to for for photos of these cars.
Here is the link to a photo of NKP 54 that I was sent a couple of years ago:

Niether of the links is showing any photos. I think you need to put out a little more info on location and condition.

Link is repaired. Location is in Wellington Ohio. The pictures there should give some idea of condition. If someone is interested I have more pictures I can e-mail. We have the couplers and steps for the coach.
I wish we could find a group doing what they are doing in DE.(Mr Gears stroy on the A.C.F. coach) to restore the coach.

Does anyone have a general service history for this car (i.e. where it worked at different points in its life).

Would this car have operated through Scranton, PA in interline service with the Delaware Lackawanna and Western?

Such information would be essential in writing a statement of significance for the car, which would be important in explaning why it should be preserved.

Many thanks,
Tom Cornillie
