Is the Valley's No. 97 running yet, or will the power be No. 40?

Dear Jeff: I believe that we will be using No. 97, which powered our Presidents Weekend/ Eagle Festival trips last month. When No. 40 comes out of the shop (hopefully May 1st), it will be fully compliant with the new 49CFR Part 230 rules. No. 97 will be delt with this summer. J.David
