I recently had several people ask if I would be posting any more heritage locomotive training slide sets to the HRA online technical library. Sorry, no more topics are planned. If your group needs a training presentation for your locomotives, consult the SW1 or NW2 slide sets on the HRA site as a starting point, and make the appropriate changes to modify text and insert appropriate images for your particular equipment. Typically a locomotive familiarization and basic electrical program takes 40 to 80 hours for research, scanning, and layout depending on how detailed you want it to be.

If you develop a set of slides consider giving HRA a copy to share. There were multiple requests for GP7/GP9.
