If those associated with non-profits were to look at the documents under which their organization was established and their 501(c)(3) application, you may well find that the justification for the non-profit status is education. This is true for the Engine 557 Restoration Company. For this reason, I try and regularly include an educational component in posts on our Facebook page and we welcome visitors (including Boy Scout and home school groups) to our Engine House restoration facility. |
