We already have a thread on this (Randy's from the 21st at 3:18am) -- which, perhaps not incidentally, has "Four Women Pulling a Niagara" in part of the title... I'd just as well see that thread go to a discussion of the pinned-cage vs. alternatives roller bearings, and this one addressing the pulchritudinous motive power on show.

And it's not even 7:45 Central and the software is already double-posting for me.

Question asked repeatedly in the comments and on the (now-apparently-dormant) Kalmbach forums: what's been done with the steam oil, ring friction, etc. to facilitate this? Interestingly enough you see the result of what looks like inertia as the locomotive gets into initial motion and the young ladies shift their grip.

Fans of Scheeler's Rolling Power should not miss the animated version!

I should point out the four-engine aircraft with the triple tail in the video is the original Douglas DC-4, later DC-4E. It was an experimental machine and Douglas went back to the drawing board. This aircraft was sold to Imperial Japanese Airways (in 1939!) and Douglas produced a second DC-4 design which went into production in time to become the USAAF C-54 with 1245 aircraft built. Some are still flying in commercial service.
