A suggestion for us all...
When you read something here that evokes an emotional reaction, wait...
Wait a couple of days before responding. Even if it's because of a direct response to something you posted. Even if you just KNOW the answer.
Maybe take time to consider whether your initial reaction is constructive. It's easy to get caught up in a tit for tat on line.
Not preaching, just suggesting. We are all on edge these days and perhaps we can damp down the flames a little with patience.

There's a ton of good things going on in the rail preservation community to celebrate.

I find the "foe" feature to be helpful in filtering out the background noise from my growing list of usual suspects.
