Post subject:  Drought/Fire/Water Restriction Cancellations in West

I'm taking the liberty to start a new thread to highlight news that is getting buried within other threads:

Various heritage rail operations in the West/Southwest are curtailing operations due to drought and weather conditions and/or perceived concurrent wildfire risk:

The Durango & Silverton: Covered in another thread, apparently cancelling or making decisions day-to-day:
viewtopic.php?f=1&t=46575

Cumbres & Toltec: Announced today the pushback of opening from June 11th to July 1st at a minimum:

Grand Canyon Railway: Has cancelled monthly scheduled "Steam Saturday" runs with ex-CB&Q 4960 (first Saturday of the month) for May, June, and "until further notice"............

Updates will be posted as announced or as reported by readers here.
