Overnight, I received the attached unsolicited email. Despite the "legalese" on it, prior to Mr. Rimmasch sending it, I did not agree to any terms limiting the dissemination of communication from him, therefore I'm free to spread it as how I see fit. Since it's relevant to recent navel-gazing that has occurred, I thought it would be of interest to the readership. I also included my response to Mr. Rimmasch. Further, the only alternation I made to the document was to redact the e-mail addresses. I didn't want people getting spam because a bot picks it up.

Ouch! and Wow! This is an example of what NOT to do when you have legal proceedings against you.

RYPN should be the least of his concerns.
