Post subject:  Lima Lamps

I recently bought a water glass lamp at auction, which came with a bunch of other lamps including, two Lima lamps and a gauge lamp.

In the auction were other items from a 50 Ton 2-Truck Shay, CN 3293 April 1926, Southwestern Portland Cement Number 12, which operated in Fairborn, Ohio.
These lamps may or may not be from this locomotive.

The water glass lamps have a Lima stamp, while the gauge lamp does not. All three lamps appear to be made by the P&A Manufacturing Company.

I would like to see them go to a good home preferably, back on a locomotive.

If interested, please send PM with intended use.

"P&A Manufacturing Co." is probably the Plume & Atwood Manufacturing Co. of Thomaston, Conn., which made lamps and many other brass products.

Still tentative but, I think these lamps have a new home.

Thanks for the interest.
