The following video describes the process developed by Rail Mechanical Services (RMS), Inc. of Columbia, PA to repair the seat frames from former NJ Transit PCC Car #26. RMS is performing a complete carbody restoration of this vehicle for Baltimore Streetcar Museum.

Another video recently released on a different Baltimore Streetcar Museum project provides a progress update on the volunteer-led restoration of former PRT snow sweeper C-145. Perhaps the most interesting aspect of this project is the fact that it is being led by three young volunteers (21 and younger) under the mentorship and guidance of an older generation of volunteers (like the narrator in the video).
