What seems to be a bit of progress in returning to whatever normal may have been - San Juan County, CO (pop. +/- 700) which has been self-isolating en mass since March is easing its restrictions. The Harpers have marked the occasion by sending a ceremonial first train loaded with food and medical supplies up the hill from Durango (La Plata County) to the County seat of Silverton (Pop. +/- 694)

Of course now Julie is inciting her younger siblings to keep asking how soon we're going to ride it
