I'm not sure how involved I should get into the funky world of New Haven paint but these two do look like they're in the Pullman color...

Thanks to the Ditzler catalog and the NPRHA card, I now believe this window band color has a very good chance to be Studebaker Bell Green so we'll take a look at that color next...

Well, the mystery as to why there are two different Bell Green cards in the fan deck has been solved...

https://paintref.com/cgi-bin/colorcoded ... 48&rows=50

From left to right, the NPRHA 1947 light green card, WE5741, and WE5605 placed over and around the Ditzler/PPG 40948 Studebaker Truck Bell Green chip...

I'll have to try that with the WE5605 card because that's more likely to be the correct version since it is the older of the two Bell Greens, way older. It should still be around as Axalta N0465, however...

https://paintref.com/cgi-bin/colorcoded ... ll%20Green

WE5605 also matches 1950 Studebaker Truck Lebanon Green, Plate #126 in the 1954 DuPont catalog...

https://paintref.com/cgi-bin/colorcoded ... on%20Green

On Dodges, this color never changed as long as it was offered. Dodge Truck Bell Green was always the original, DuPont 93-546...

Thank you! It looks just like the paint on my HO scale brass 6060 I’ve got here at home.

No problem, 'Dude. It does definitely look like one of the two...

Slightly darker and a little more brownish, WE5605 does line up better with the representation of the CN color in the Pullman Notebook, though. Bell Green seems to be a lighter version of Brewster Green so we've all seen what can happen with the perceived color there... LOL

Vintage Hubley Bell Telephone trucks might serve nicely as alternative examples, 'Dude...

Concerning the NYC's Pacemaker Green, if the color on this Atlas model is even close to accurate...

Yeah, I should probably drop the microphone and run like hell after this one but I think I still have some Reading stuff to do yet... LOL

Like this here. Conventional wisdom does dictate the Reading's Blueliner blue is the same as Bando and this triple chip match almost seems to confirm that. There does exist a later fleet color called Chevy Truck Marlin Blue that might work so I'll be trying more chip matches with that one. Nickel Plate's somewhat lighter blue could be Chevy Truck Mariner Blue so we'll be looking at that some time in the future...

GMC Ferrara Blue is the best match for 70-20 Baltimore & Ohio blue in the Pullman Notebook so I'm locking this one in... LOL

Yeah, I'll let the New Haven guys handle their colors but here's a decent pic of the green that goes with the orange...
