So while working on our latest project we had some questions about the "as EMD intended" configuration of the headlight on the two F-7's we are dealing with.

"No problem" I say to myself and I start going thru the EMD 90 parts catalog. However, amongst all the parts list that have F 7 listed with them, there seems to be no headlight information.

Do I need to look harder?

or did someone purge some of the F and E unit information?

For F-units, the headlight parts are in the cab section. Check Volume 2 of Catalog 90, Parts List D2455, Page 15, the group of items at the bottom of the page that are not illustrated, and also Page 16.
