Who is running RAILSWAP ? I tried to email him using the email provided and got the same error. Maybe the guy died ?

I think the Rail Swap guru/"owner" is Paul Ganter, who was at one time associated with the RDG Tech & Historical group.

It's too bad that Rail Swap is apparently defunct.
