The STB ruled today that the City of Noblesville, City of Fishers and Hamilton County can move forward with the "Railbanking" of the former NKP line between Noblesville and Fishers, Indiana.

ITM appeared in court in Noblesville yesterday, May 30 and today May 31, 2018 in a battle over their equipment.

Do not know yet what the outcome of the hearing was.
