Post subject:  WSJ article on private rail cars

There is a great article in today's Wall Street Journal on private rail cars. Features the Babbling Brook, the Patron Tequila Express, the Dearing, etc. Lots of photos. Also talks about Amtrak and the future of allowing private rail cars.

Thanks for posting -- I tried your link and it *does* require a subscription to open the article, but there's one on the NRHS facebook page that doesn't.
