How about 1905 Pullman built, Illinois Central Business Car 19 to be auctioned off next Friday???

I like that. "Manufactured housing". Great way to integrate with building code.

That's likely to be a compromise brokered by local housing officials, or the closest thing on the bureaucratic checklist to which it fit. In philosophical terms, it's not that different from a mobile house trailer, after all......
