The East Troy Electric Railroad is seeking a source
for new trolley rope.

Figured I'd ask here and see what others are using.

Thanks,

Sansom spot cord. I can't remember whether it is size 12 or 10. But, make sure you don't get cord with a metal core.

Samson spot cord is available with a wax coating that makes it waterproof. WRM does not use the wax coated cord because some operators found it makes the cord slippery and caused problems pulling down the trolley pole. It is your choice, either is available.
