Post subject:  Some Rare Nighttime Running on Stewartstown

For the Stewartstown Railroad’s Halloween runs, we’ll be running our locomotive number 9, Mighty Mo, for some nighttime running. We’ll be running three trains on October 28 and 28: leaving the Stewartstown Station at 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30 PM.
These are the only nights we run during the year, so if you want to see some nighttime operations, be sure to come on down

Mighty Mo was built in 1943 by the Fate-Root-Heath division of Plymouth Locomotive Works, c/n 4490, model ML-8. He was purchased used by the Stewartstown Railroad from the South Carolina Port Authority in 1960. Mo is our regular motive power for our Coach and Caboose Trains.
