Post subject:  Possible Funding Enhancement

Peoples, a few years ago, one of you (I think it was Alex #4) posted his awareness of a possible funding resource for museums and restorations. Contrary to the notion that there is only so much money for our type of work, I want to make a suggestion and return the favor. Frankly, I think people have the money for what they want, or want to see through to a positive conclusion.
Twice in the past few years Modern Woodmen of America, a financial management association (annuities, 401K's, that kind of thing) has backed our "Touch A Train" events. If your event is proposed by a Modern Woodmen representative to the main office and accepted, MWA will match your event earnings to a maximum of $2500. Not a pittance for any organization doing our kind of work.
Do you have to be a Modern Woodman client? I happen to be one, but the answer is I don't know. I'm sure it would help in no small way. But there you have it. BTW, I have personal gain or interest in sharing this information.

New England Steam Corp. wants to publicly thank Modern Woodmen of America for this outstanding generosity.
