http://m.tdn.com/news/local/shay-locomotive-returns-to-civic-center/article_6927df5a-35ca-11e3-8aa6-0019bb2963f4.html I remember seeing photos of this locomotive on Brian Frtiz's Washington Steam website a number of years ago, back when this locomotive was a crumbling wreck. Looks like she's made a triumphant return, and with a smoke generator and sound system, should make for a pretty good display as far as static displays go.
