Okay, so which one is it?

There doesn't appear to be any Pullman car on the Rainier Rail line. The Abraham Lincoln is on the sister operation in Eastern WA, which could be why you thought it was on Rainier. The orange and tan GP49 painted at Western Junction is over there now
NOPE. There is a Pullman car there. I have photos of it as recently as last week at Maytown and sitting in the shop at Western Junction. I can't say where I got them, but I have it first-hand from people who have seen it there in the last few days and someone close to the operation.
It's PRR-brown-ish in color and fully restored. Now, as to the name and history, I have no clue. But it is there.

Not sure what to tell you then, there are no other reports of such a car or movement of one in the area.

I've just confirmed with a photo from someone who runs trains with Rainier Rail that it is indeed the Abraham Lincoln business car sitting at Western Junction right now. He took a shot today and just sent it to me.
It's sitting down there right now, as I type this.

I too received direct photographic proof of the Abraham Lincoln inside the shops at Western Junction, including a RR drumhead.

(And, just so no one can possibly be confused, my handle name on here does not indicate any sort of relation to the shortline [of similar name] in question.)
